The Children's Ministry - Volunteer Training Course, taught by Pastor Renan Martinelli, was developed to train men and women who wish to serve as volunteers in the care and spiritual formation of children. With a practical approach grounded in biblical principles, the course offers leadership, organization, and teaching tools, preparing participants to act creatively, meaningfully, and effectively in children's ministry. More than just techniques, the training inspires volunteers to understand the importance of investing in the new generation, strengthening the church from the ground up and impacting lives from an early age. Pastor Renan Martinelli holds a degree in Theology from FABAPAR and several postgraduate degrees, including Conflict Management, Hermeneutics of New Testament Parables, Children's Ministry, and an Executive MBA in Strategic Marketing Management, Planning, and Competitive Intelligence. His ministerial journey began even before seminary, as a youth leader at the Macuco Baptist Church (2014-2015), then as a children's chaplain at the NGO ABC Vida (2015), and as a youth leader and disciple-maker for the children's ministry at the Third Baptist Church of Curitiba (2016-2018). In 2019, he led a program supporting those who had left the church, and during the pandemic, he served the Baptists of Greater Curitiba, supporting churches without pastors (2020-2021). Since 2021, he has been a children's ministry pastor and currently serves as a New Generations Pastor at the Avenida dos Estados Baptist Church. In addition to his ministry, he works professionally as a commercial manager for the company Móveis Purim, combining pastoral experience, leadership, and management in his journey of faith and service. Objective: To contribute to the implementation of a children's ministry in churches, training people who wish to work or already work with this population. Target Audience: People who want to learn about or serve in a children's ministry at their local church.
