The Children's Ministry - School for Educating Parents, developed from 31 complete classes, was created to empower fathers, mothers, and guardians to act intentionally in the care and spiritual formation of their children. With a practical approach grounded in biblical principles, the course offers tools to understand child development, stimulate multiple intelligences, apply learning experiences, and integrate faith, culture, and daily life into family discipleship. More than just methods and strategies, the training inspires participants to live the role of disciple-makers with presence, love, and purpose, helping to build a solid foundation of faith, character, and eternal values, impacting the lives of children from their earliest years. Pastor Renan Martinelli holds a degree in Theology from FABAPAR and several postgraduate degrees, including Conflict Management, Hermeneutics of New Testament Parables, Children's Ministry, and an Executive MBA in Strategic Marketing Management, Planning, and Competitive Intelligence. His ministerial journey began even before seminary, as a youth leader at the Macuco Baptist Church (2014-2015), followed by work as a children's chaplain at the NGO ABC Vida (2015), and as a youth leader and discipler in the children's ministry at the Third Baptist Church of Curitiba (2016-2018). In 2019, he led a program supporting those who had left the church, and during the pandemic, he served the Baptists of Greater Curitiba, supporting churches without pastors (2020-2021). Since 2021, he has been a children's ministry pastor and currently serves as a New Generations Pastor at the Avenida dos Estados Baptist Church. In addition to his ministry, he works professionally as a commercial manager for Móveis Purim, combining pastoral experience, leadership, and management in his journey of faith and service. 2. Objective To empower parents and guardians to intentionally disciple their children, integrating faith, values, and daily learning.
